Hot Zen Stretch
       Join the creator of Zen Stretch Moving Meditation, for a class experience. Bodhi Batista Will guide you through the full 60 minute Zen Stretch program. This will give people a chance to ask questions and perfect their technique while benefiting from the motivating group environment. Start your day out on the right foot. With less stress in your mind and tension in your body, you can’t help but have  a great day!

will be offering an evening  Zen Stretch Class in their new heated studio. 
The studio is heated to
 85 - 89 degrees to increase flexibility and detoxification. Class will run from 
7:30pm- 8:45pm weekly.
